FARM TO TACO
At Honky Tonk Taco, we work hard to source our fresh ingredients from nearby growers who are dedicated to keeping their food operations organic and sustainable. We like knowing that our food has taken the shortest possible route from the farms and ranches of the Pacific Northwest to our kitchen.
Below is a list of some of our favorite food providers that we are proud to work with.
THREE SISTERS NIXTAMAL
Three Sisters NIxtamal makes delicious stone-ground corn masa and tortillas (naturally gluten free) with organic corn using 100% fresh nixtamal, not maseca flour and no chemicals. Three Sisters tortillas are USDA certified organic by the Oregon Dept. of Agriculture which by definition means non-GMO.
elkhorn farm and forge
Elkhorn Farm is dedicated to raising free-range, pasture bred, heritage breed hogs that we buy whole and break down on premises at Honky Tonk Taco. This farm works hard to raise stress free, happy hogs raised locally in a natural environment without added hormones or sub-therapeutic anti-biotics.
WILDER LAND AND SEA
Fisherman Nathan Risper and chef Kyle Swanson are passionate about curating the highest quality meat and seafood from local farmers and ranchers.

Every aspect to their farm makes its own unique contribution to the whole and helps create amazing produce.
