Powered water pump. Pump is 1 3/4" diameter, so you need a 2" opening in the water carrier.

Note: you can use this with the 5-gallon fold-a-carrier shown below, however, the fitting around the neck of the bottle will be loose, and as water is pumped from the fold-a-carrier, the water carrier collapses. This battery powered shower works best with a Reliance Aqua Tainer, shown below.
