The Vacation Vault combination comes factory set at 0-0-0 and can be changed at anytime. Inside it comes with instructions on how the lock works and it is very simple. There is a small lever on the inside that you lift up, then you set the combo, and you release the lever and the combination is officially set. You can change the combo as many times as you'd like to but, like any safe, you cannot forget the code.
